Walnut & Brass Phone Charger

My phone has this neat feature of wireless charging. It also has a not-so-neat feature of a short battery life. I often need to charge my phone during the day at least once if I want it to last a full 16 hour day.

I thought I would take advantage of the convenience of wireless charging and make my own charger stand. I purchased the wireless charging PCB board from Ebay. For the rest of the stand I used 1/4" walnut and brass.

Materials:

• Qi Wireless charger

• AC Power adapter (from spare phone charger)

• 1/4" Walnut

• Thin brass sheet

• Brass tube

• 1/8" brass pins

• Brass screws

• 1/4" Plexiglass for LED diffuser
