Gary sent in some photos of his recently completed cyclone dust collector based on my design. He had a few comments you can read below.
Justin, thank you again for the fabulous project and video. I have struggled with dust collection in my small basement shop for many years. My wife had coincidentally picked up a shop vac for me several years ago at a garage sale for about $5. You will see that your insights and design have been adapted to that vacuum and it works great. All the other cyclone-type vacuum implementations I had seen previously involved more appendages and space than I could accept.
